Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend! Mary is very friendly and diligent. I have three cats who were not getting along and two with high anxiety leading to aggression and poor behaviors. One cat regularly urinated and defecated outside the litter box around the house from not feeling safe from the other cats. Two cats would run and hide and would have stand offs with each other or sometimes physically fight. I felt I had done everything, but Mary was very helpful providing several solutions which really worked. She was honest about the time it takes as well as the consistency required to get solid results. She’s also wonderful in following up a few times after the initial consult and is very available for additional consultation for any questions and concerns. Three months later, I’ve seen significant improvement in behaviors as well seen their personalities return from when they were adopted.
